The original plan was to stay in our current house while we build, but once we started really discussing plans with our architect, Robyn Salathe, it became very appealing to move to a temporary location closer to the building project. So, my husband kept looking for little lots over in that area.
We looked at a lot of options, but nothing was seemed to fit us. Then, this happened!
Will we still consider a temporary relocation? The idea comes and goes. We have thought of a temporary build on the original 58 acres! But for now, we are just working on improvements at the house we live in and are going to sell soon. We have been here almost 25 years, so it is going to feel a bit odd to move whenever we do.
Robyn got to see the new lot a couple of days ago, then we met at the table over the house plans. I got a lot of good video from that discussion. Many great ideas! So stay tuned!
